We would like to thank you for choosing our premises PRAGUEAPARTS for your stay. Please get acquainted with the Business Terms and Conditions of PRAGUEAPARTS (hereinafter referred to as the “PRAGUEAPARTS premises”).
If a citizen (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) being interested in the accommodation in the PRAGUEAPARTS premises decides to book the accommodation in the PRAGUEAPARTS premises by means of an online booking system, any contract concluded between the parties shall be governed by these Business Terms and Conditions. The guest´s obligation is to get acquainted with these Business Terms and Conditions.
By booking the accommodation via an online booking system, the Client is entitled to ordinary usage of the leased premises, ordinary services, and equipment of the accommodation premises, that the guests may use commonly and without any special terms. The Client is obliged to exercise his/her rights in accordance with the eventual guidelines or regulations of the premises, that are valid for the guests (cf. Accommodation Rules). In case of any obvious mistake caused by the PRAGUEAPARTS premises when entering data into the booking system, the Client acknowledges and agrees that such a mistake may be charged to the PRAGUEAPARTS premises.
The Client is entitled to claim any possible insufficiencies of the provided services. The Client is obliged to lodge the claim on time without undue delay so that the situation may be remedied on site, if possible. If the claim is lodged on site, it shall enable to remove the defect immediately. On the other hand, if the claim is lodged later, the demonstrability as well as objectivity of the assessment and proper claim settlement is more difficult.
The Client is obliged to pay the PRAGUEAPARTS premises a financial amount for the entire accommodation as stipulated in the booking system, latest after his/her arrival to the PRAGUEAPARTS premises, i.e. at the reception of the PRAGUEAPARTS premises, including any other costs incurred due to special serviced required by the Client or by guests who accompany the Client, including the statutory value added tax. If the advance payment for booking has been already paid, the Client shall pay off the defined balance to cover the entire amount, after arriving to the PRAGUEAPARTS premises, i.e. at the reception. The real costs are usually payable in the local currency as stipulated in the booking system. The prices in an alternative currency are of an informative nature and serve to the estimation and consideration of costs; they are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.
In case of an online booking, the PRAGUEAPARTS premises are entitled to ask the Client for data about his/her credit card that is valid and legally owned. The Client agrees that this data will be available to the PRAGUEAPARTS premises to ensure his/her booking, in accordance with the Business Terms and Conditions of the PRAGUEAPARTS premises. To confirm the booking, it is necessary that the Client enters the credit card number. If the Client cancels the booking less than 168 hours before the planned arrival or if the Client does not arrive, the Client agrees that the PRAGUEAPARTS premises finish the booking procedure and charge from the entered credit card a fee for the cancellation amounting the booking value of accommodation and other services for the first night.
In case of a cost-effective price for accommodation, the PRAGUEAPARTS premises require an advance payment to ensure the booking. The Client agrees that the amount will be charged from his/her credit card at the moment of booking, and the Client accepts the fact that in case of the cancellation or change of the booking, the paid amount is non-refundable.
The provided discounts may not be cumulated or combined with other discounts.
The Client is liable to the PRAGUEAPARTS premises for any damage caused intentionally or unintentionally in the premises by the Client or by the persons or animals who are accommodated with the Client and use the provider´s services with the Client´s awareness or based on his/her will. The Client is obliged to announce and compensate the incurred damage immediately.
The stipulated prices for accommodation do not include any administrative fee. The administrative fee amounts CZK 50/EUR 1,9/night/person.
CHECK-IN (arrival) till 4 p.m., CHECK-OUT (departure) till 10 a.m. In case the Client requires earlier arrival or later departure, a fee up to 50 % of the accommodation price for the first night will be charged to the Client. It is an exclusive obligation of the guest to inform the PRAGUEAPARTS premises of all new requirements or changed requirements, including the change of arrival time, cancellation of the booking, at the email address: recepce@pragueaparts.com.
The accommodation is paid at the reception at the moment of arrival. The exchange rates of individual currencies are only of an informative nature.
In case of an online booking, the PRAGUEAPARTS premises are entitled to ask for a credit card number, cf. clause 5 hereof.
Children under 3 without any claim on bed are for free, children between 3 and 18 are considered as adults and pay the same accommodation price as adults, therefore please include them in the number of accommodated persons when filing your application.

Additional beds and cribs
It is possible to place an additional bed for a child or for an adult in your room based on an agreement when booking your accommodation.
Crib for a child under 3 is for free.
Additional beds/cribs shall be announced at least 24 hours before the arrival.

If the Client wants to cancel the booking, it is necessary to cancel it via email:

If the Booking is cancelled by the Client more than 168 hours before the planned arrival, no fee shall be charged to the Client for such cancellation.
If the Client cancels the booking less than 168 hours before the planned arrival or if the Client does not arrive, a fee for cancellation amounting the entire booking value shall be charged to the Client.

(cost-effective booking)
In case the total price of your booking is paid as an advance payment, it is necessary to enter your credit card number.
At the moment of booking, the total price is charged from your credit card and is non-refundable.
In case of the cancellation or change of your booking, the paid amount shall not be refunded to you (cf. Article I(6)).
